ร้านอาหารและโรงเรียนสอนทำอาหารที่แสนอร่อยและอบอุ่น ช้างเป็นพ่อครัวที่ดีที่สุดที่ฉันเคยมีโอกาสได้พบ และเขาแสดงให้พวกเรา (กลุ่มเล็กๆ ของต้นไม้!) เห็นวิธีการทำผัดไทยและแกงที่อร่อยที่สุดในประเทศไทย ช้างพูดภาษาฝรั่งเศสเป็นภาษาออสซี่ได้ดี ภาษาอังกฤษ เขายังนวดได้เยี่ยมมาก!
