Lots of hidden fees and costs. Beware!

I wasn't aware the refund system would be this terrible and have so many problems. Previously, I was informed that notification was required within a certain timeframe, and when the refund would be issued. However, when the time came, why weren't the refund terms and conditions followed? Notification must be given within your specified timeframe, excluding public holidays. The staff should have processed the request before public holidays, but the practice wasn't followed. This is a mistake on your part. If the refund is delayed, you must pay interest to the customer. You shouldn't just remain silent. This is extremely unacceptable for the customer. Communication is difficult. After contacting them, they said the refund would be issued on June 4th, but we refused. It's been several months already. You must take responsibility. You kept our money; you must pay us interest because our office was slightly late in paying. You are still charging us interest.
