AMBER Vietnamese Head Spa & Beyond (Lasalle branch)

Today was my second visit to Amber Vietnamese Spa. During my first visit, there was a small miscommunication that meant my session was slightly shorter than expected, but they handled it professionally by adding the missing minutes to my package, which I really appreciated. Muay was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly patient and gentle throughout the entire treatment, especially during all the hair care steps. Her touch was soft, relaxing, and the pressure was just right. She made the experience so enjoyable that I’ll definitely be coming back. The only small suggestion I’d offer is regarding the final hair styling. I have naturally curly 2C–3A hair, and I think the team wasn’t very confident styling that hair type. They were a little hesitant to blow-dry or style it at the end, so I left feeling that the experience didn’t quite finish on the same high note as the rest of the treatment. It might be nice to see a little more familiarity or training with different hair textures so clients with curly hair can enjoy the same great experience from start to finish. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and the quality of the treatment and customer service was excellent. I’ll definitely be back. 4/5 stars.

This was my first time at Amber, and it was such a great experience! We went on a weekday and got a special price, which made it even better. The service was amazing — they really pay attention to your preferences by asking about the level of massage intensity you’re comfortable with. Everything was personalized based on what we told them. After the session, my head and body felt so relaxed. Definitely a place I’d come back to!

Had the best time at Amber Head Spa! My partner and I booked the 90-minute hair spa session and it was so relaxing — the staff were skilled and attentive, the scalp massage was incredible, and the whole space felt calm and clean. A perfect way to unwind after a busy day exploring Bangkok. Highly recommend for couples looking to de-stress together. Will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
