We paid for 90 minutes Foot and Neck Massage, but received only about 60 minutes. The foot massage was very good, but the head and neck massage was rushed. We were initially put on small chairs, then moved back to the recliner chairs after I questioned it. We arrived around 1 pm and were told we were finished about 10 minutes before 2 pm. That simply doesn’t add up to 90 minutes. Very disappointing, especially as we paid for the full 90 minutes.
