Came here in 2024 and had a fantastic experience, so I came back yesterday. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. I booked the head, shoulders, and back massage with thai balm. For half of the session, the therapist was only using one hand, not sure what she was doing with the other. I kept waiting for the balm, but it never happened. When I asked reception afterward, the lady told me that if I wanted the balm, I needed to ask for it during the treatment. Apparently, ordering a massage with thai balm in the title isn't enough to actually get it.
