Hello, we visited your spa after I had previously inquired about prices and specifically requested private rooms via WhatsApp. For your information: We always request private rooms because we want peace and quiet during our spa visits. We came as a couple and were given a double room, even though we had clearly stated that we did not want an open-plan space. We were told that the room could be closed off in the middle – however, the room was open at the top and in several places, so there was absolutely no privacy. During the treatment, it was very loud and disruptive. Staff members were talking amongst themselves, one male employee was watching TikTok videos, and we constantly heard scrolling and changing music. Additionally, we could hear street and traffic noise through an open window. Furthermore, it was very cold throughout. Despite our repeated requests, the temperature remained uncomfortably cold, and we were freezing for the entire two hours. We had booked a spa package (2 hours for 1,000 Baht per person) and were really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing: no peace and quiet, no privacy, and an unpleasant atmosphere. After the spa treatment, we had a so-called mineral bath. In the same room, right next to the bathtub, there was a wooden cabin for sitting, where you close the doors and only your head remains outside (a kind of sauna). This part was warm and did warm us up a bit. However, the entire bathing area gave a very unhygienic impression. Various spa equipment was lying around, the bathtub didn't look clean, and water was simply run without any further assistance or explanation. Overall, we felt like we were just being processed. The entire experience was so negative that I would have preferred to cut the spa visit short. We only decided to continue to avoid escalating the situation. In summary: – No private rooms, despite prior promise – Very loud and chaotic – Too cold – Poor hygiene in the bathing area Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing and unpleasant spa experience for us. We also don't understand the positive reviews; it was the worst massage of my entire stay.
This is my third visit, but it will likely be my last. I'm very disappointed this time. My first visit was for a foot massage with a male masseur, which was excellent. That's why I came back a second time. But this time, my third visit, was for a 1.5-hour neck, shoulder, and back massage with a partner. We had a terrible massage experience. - The massage wasn't completed; there were more than 10 minutes left. - There was no courtesy or peace of mind from the start. They asked permission to bring someone for training, which we understood and didn't mind. However, the masseurs were chatting and giggling non-stop (in Burmese) the entire time. There was no peace or consideration for the clients at all (they only quieted down a few minutes before the massage ended). I wanted to say something harsh to the masseurs, but I was afraid of receiving even worse service. - The massage skills were terrible. One masseur had too much pressure, another too light. They didn't hit the right spots. It was like they didn't know how to massage; they just pressed and squeezed. I told them to focus on the spots I asked for, and even after repeating it three times, they didn't. They spent a very long time rubbing my back (because they got to chat with their fellow masseurs). (Probably doesn't require much concentration when massaging clients.) - Results after the massage: The night after the massage, my whole body was sore, aching, and numb. I had to take paracetamol because I couldn't sleep. And in the morning, there were bruises on my arms and legs. (I've been to many massage places because I'm addicted to massages, and I've never needed paracetamol before.) P.S. The second time I encountered this group, they were chatting and there were some breaks, so I could tolerate it. But this time was unbearable. I had to write this review. I won't be going back again, and I urge the shop to urgently improve its service and the professionalism of its staff. I was very upset. My relaxing day was ruined!!
Very disappointed with the Indian head massage, there was no head massage, the lady seemed bored and 90% of the time just rubbing on the temples like someone who’s waiting for the time to pass and get the paycheck with barely any variety. The whole thing felt very one-dimensional, mechanic and lifeless as if there was no care about our wellbeing. My girlfriend also said her therapist was pressing on her bones multiple times to the point where she had to tell the therapist to be careful with her bones. Also the AC temperature was too low to the point where I felt freezing, because the bed is in the range of the AC. For them it might not be an issue because they’re active massaging, but someone who makes no effort and doesn’t move their core temperature goes down to the point of shivering. Even the use of oil on the head was not enough to where the friction of the fingers were hurting my scalp. Then when they had other new visits in the shop from random voices/people they constantly interrupted the massage and even talking with each other. We took the couple massage where I booked the head massage and my gf booked body massage. The girls who served us were the only ones in the shop and it felt kinda dangerous that they would leave the main door open and random voices would say “Hello” then the girls would talk to each other in a worried fashion, like wondering who that might be. I’m glad we kept our backpacks and valuables with us.
