I booked this spa through GoWabi on June 26, 2026, at noon. In conclusion: I was very disappointed. The experience was terrible. It shouldn't be this bad for a hotel. I don't understand why it has a 4.9 rating on Google. The spa's environment and hygiene were perfectly fine. The biggest reason for the poor experience was the therapists; they were perfunctory and unprofessional. For the sake of quality, it shouldn't be this good for a hotel. I don't know if it was because I booked through GoWabi that it was bad, or if it would be the same even if I booked at full price. I strongly advise against it. Save your money and find another place.
