The therapists are not skilled. The massage was repetitive, too light, missed pressure points, and didn't meet my requests. I booked a back and shoulder massage. But what I got was: - The first 40 minutes were just a back massage using only one technique. They used a towel as a cushion and pressed firmly with their elbows on specific points for 5-10 seconds, repeating the process. There was no kneading or deep tissue massage. The pressure was extremely light, like just a light touch. Even though I informed the front desk and the therapist before the massage that I wanted stronger pressure. - After I gave feedback later, the towel was removed, and the pressure increased slightly. But they continued with the same pressure technique repeatedly. - A leg massage for about 15 minutes. - Then a very brief neck and shoulder massage + stretching for about 5 minutes. In summary: I requested a focus on neck and shoulders, but only got about 5 minutes of actual massage. ⸻ I understand that using a towel to press pressure points is a warm-up before the actual massage, but they did this for almost the entire session. If I hadn't pointed it out, they probably would have continued like that until the end. Plus, the time allocation was strange; the leg massage was much longer than the shoulder massage, contrary to the program name. ⸻ I've already given feedback to the front desk. And this isn't the first time. - I came for an aromatherapy massage before → it was very light. After giving feedback that I wanted a stronger massage → they said I had to change the program. - But this time, I asked the front desk beforehand which program I should choose if I wanted a stronger massage. I was told that I could choose any program and request the masseuse's desired pressure. In the end, I didn't get what I requested, and it wasn't the program I chose, just like before. My rating is based on the atmosphere, location, and additional service such as water and snacks, and the cashier.

The spa is absolutely gorgeous! 👏 It's totally my style, located in a mall. Entering the shop felt like stepping into a new world because it's so quiet, peaceful, and cozy. The scents are wonderfully relaxing. The staff are incredibly friendly and chatty, using polite language like "ka" and "khap" throughout. After the massage, they offer delicious sticky rice with mango. My only minor complaint is the masseuse; she was a bit too abrupt in her speech, typical of an older woman, but I wish she were gentler. Also, my boyfriend said the massage wasn't quite hitting the right spots. So, if you want to relax and unwind, I highly recommend it. But if you're looking for therapeutic benefits, it might not be for that purpose.

The place is clean, the atmosphere is good, and the reception staff are welcoming and helpful. However, the therapist provided the worst service I've ever experienced at Let's Relax. Today, I had a 1-hour aromatherapy massage. It was the first time they didn't clean my feet before the massage. The massage technique was inconsistent, with varying pressure. The therapist spoke abruptly, unlike those at other branches I've used. At the end, she was rude to me because I couldn't hold her hands tightly due to them being slippery from the aromatherapy oil. This branch is actually very convenient for me, but after this experience, I don't think I'll be using their services again.
