Seriously, avoid this place. If you're tired, you can choose not to take clients (I even asked at the door if you were okay), but since you "chose to take them," can't you at least do the basics right? The entire massage felt like a perfunctory caress, just aimless pushing and shoving with inconsistent pressure. The most ridiculous thing is that it started off normally, only massaging one leg for about five minutes, then it went completely off track and became a haphazard massage. I already contacted the technician through a translator, but she doesn't understand Thai, English, or Chinese? What kind of service is this? (The technician is Thai.) Contacting the manager was just as bad 🙂 They didn't address the problem at all, just kept repeating, "Our reviews are great, it's impossible for this to happen." Sorry, good reviews don't mean your service was flawless. They told me about the great reviews and even emphasized "no handwashing reviews"? Is that a normal response? *We didn't mention any issues with the reviews, yet they kept talking about their own reviews and didn't address the problems we raised. Furthermore, the manager's attitude was extremely poor. If they don't want to serve customers at night, they can close earlier; there's no need to force them to stay open so late and then come in for whatever they want. Running a shop isn't about being happy; it's about providing service. And I didn't even ask for a refund; I simply reported the technician's condition. All I got were various excuses and shirking responsibility, with absolutely no intention of improving. Poor service can be corrected, but a terrible attitude is truly fatal. I will never go to this kind of shop again.
Sometimes I come to this massage shop and I went there today as well. I ordered neck shoulder back head massage today and a Masseur take me to massage chair first so i was like ??? i didnt order leg massage today... ( long time ago shoulder massage used to do at massage chair but nowadays on the mattress normally. ) A casher guy told him upstairs so he took me to upstairs. and when massage is started.. i just thought he is not skillful.. just beginner masseur or not enough trained but they use him as professional massage Therapist for customer.... its ok. sometimes i get so so massage so i dont complain for that but but but I ordered neck shoulder back head massage however he didnt massage my neck and shoulder.. He did just little bit!! Mostly he massaged my legs so i noticed He doesn't know how to do neck shoulder back head massage!! So today I got just normal Thai massage... waste of my money... If i pay late, i could say "I didnt have massage which i ordered!! " then paid maybe 200B but this shop has to pay at first so i couldnt to that.. I like this massage shop so i will go again but i dont want to this happening again so I left my review about today. Owner pls read and train your staff more OK!!
This is a terrible place, avoid it! If they're tired, don't take customers. If they do, they don't do a proper massage; it's like they're just stroking and massaging my skin. I told the technician through a translator, but she couldn't understand Thai...and English, and Chinese either, even though she's Thai. I complained to the manager, and they kept saying their reviews were great and they wouldn't do this. So, if they could at least massage half a foot properly at the beginning, then they'd just massage randomly afterwards. If they don't take customers at night, they could rest earlier instead of saying it's because it's late. Why stay open so late? They kept avoiding the real issues, which is infuriating! I didn't ask for a refund, I just told them about the technician's condition. Is it right for them to keep giving me vague excuses?
