I don't even want to give a star rating. I got my car washed on Monday, June 23rd, 2025. I saw good reviews, but after using their service, I felt it was terrible. The wash wasn't clean, and the interior vacuuming wasn't good either; dust particles remained. Before the wash, I had just returned from a long trip and had my car checked at the service center (I have proof), and everything was fine. But after the wash, the rear license plate light broke. So I took it back to the service center, and the technician said water had gotten in, possibly from the high-pressure water jets. I asked about their responsibility. Initially, the female administrator was very polite and offered to cover the cost of replacing the light. However, the male administrator (named F) was incredibly rude. He accused my car of being old and broken, blaming the shop. I have proof that the car was checked at the service center before the wash. When I went to the shop to show F the evidence, he wasn't there. I called, and all I wanted was an apology, not just for the unclean wash, but for saying my car was old and broken and blaming the shop. Instead, I received yelling, screaming, and disrespectful language from him. Okay, regarding the unclean wash, the shop said they would replace it. But as long as the admin named F is still working there, I won't be using their services again. I will also inform my friends about this admin's bad behavior.

- The receptionist was lovely and provided good service. - However, the price paid for the car wash service was very disappointing. There were a lot of stains, especially on the side mirrors, as if the cleaning solution had run off in streaks. The sunroof was completely stained, as if they hadn't bothered to wipe it clean. The difference from before the wash is that it's dust-free, but the stains are still there. Even the visible dust on the dashboard wasn't wiped. In contrast, the staff at the expensive cars parked next to ours walked around repeatedly while wiping their cars. My partner and I walked around our car twice, and the staff didn't even bother to ask if we needed anything. Terrible service.

I arrived for a car wash at 11 am, with an appointment scheduled for 1:30 pm, but my car wasn't ready until 2 pm. They didn't prioritize customers based on arrival time. They claimed cars with wax coatings would be done first, implying that those who pay more receive priority service. I've actually been here several times before and only recently learned about this policy. I warn anyone short on time: don't get your car washed here. They don't keep their appointments, and appointments are never kept. This is my last time here. Their service logic is completely flawed. They should have this policy clearly posted so people know to buy an express ticket if they want faster service.
