The staff here provides excellent service. The waiting area is clean, and snacks and drinks are readily available. I was very impressed with the service. However, the car wash staff needs improvement; they washed my car extremely poorly and added more scratches. The mechanics department was also careless, concealing damage and lying. I usually use this service center because I trust them, but on my last visit, I took my car in for an insurance claim and informed the staff that I felt the car swaying while driving, but wasn't sure because I don't drive it often. I asked them to check the rear shock absorbers because the rear wheel had been hit. The staff said everything was normal and there was no damage. However, I felt something was wrong, so I took the car to another place for an oil change and a vehicle inspection. It turned out the shock absorbers were rusted and seized, specifically the one on the wheel that was hit. Ultimately, I had to pay for new shock absorbers, which are very expensive. Even though I was claiming insurance, I should have been able to use that coverage to repair or replace the shock absorbers, but the service center let it become a problem for me. I had to replace them because it posed a danger to my life and my family. Luckily, I hadn't traveled far yet. I'm sharing this in case it's helpful for others who might experience a similar incident.

The worst garage I never saw in all my life. They only charge and are unable to do a diagnostic. My wife bring our car cause of water overheat, I told her to go to a Mitsubishi garage to be sure to have a good diagnostic cause I was back in Europe. They change pump, radiator, tubes and even the fan and the plastic parts around to do that they charge 45 manpower hours. Total price for repair 40.000 baths. The problem is back again I have overheat and have to replace the engine cylinder head. It isn't a surprise cause with the symptoms I suspected trouble with engine head gasket, but to be confirmed cause clogged radiator or pump failure can lead to the same symptoms. Even they did a bad diagnostic it can happen but replacing the fan and the fairing around don't have any sense,only to charge. In addition I can do the job they did in no more than 8hours and a real mechanic even not very good can do in less than 8hours, but they charge 5 times the time....45 hours. Very very very very bad for the reputation of Mitsubishi

This is a one-stop service center. I brought my girlfriend to see the Xforce and compare prices. We found it very suitable and even got to test drive it. The salesperson drove it and explained the details very well, which I commend. Regarding the price, the salesperson offered a satisfactory price, but there were still some other issues, so we made a reservation to encourage the salesperson. Finally, I forgot my ID card, and the salesperson was very enthusiastic about driving it back to me. I also commend them for that. 🫰🫰👍 Today, I brought my Pajero in for its 120,000 km service and checked the insurance premium, which went well. The salesperson took us to test drive the Xforce, and we liked it.
