❌ AVOID THIS PLACE – Hidden Charges & Terrible Communication! (Total Scam for Foreigners) I visited this salon on 16/06/2026 at 11:00 AM and had an incredibly frustrating experience. I approached the staff to get a pedicure, but the earliest available slot was at 12:00 PM. I agreed to wait and requested a 1-hour foot massage at 11:00 AM so I could seamlessly transition into my pedicure right after. During the process, the staff asked if I wanted to add a foot scraping service, to which I agreed. The real issue started during the pedicure. I found it incredibly puzzling that the technician never approached me to show me a color palette or ask what shade I wanted. Instead, she just started painting my nails with a clear, transparent coat. When I asked her, "Is there any color to apply?" she nonchalantly told me that applying color costs an additional THB 350! I was absolutely furious. Why on earth would you not inform a customer of an extra charge before starting the service? As a foreigner, it feels incredibly predatory. It is basic courtesy and standard salon practice worldwide to ask the customer beforehand whether they want plain clear gel or a colored polish, along with the pricing structure. To hide the price and just assume I wanted a clear coat without saying a word is highly unprofessional and feels like a complete scam to squeeze more money out of tourists. Visit this place at your own risk. They lack basic transparency, and their communication is awful. I will not be returning.
I had the 5-in-1 massage and was truly satisfied. The leg massage was excellent, but the neck and shoulder massage was the best. I received the massage from a therapist named Noi?! She accurately located and relieved my tense, painful spots, making it feel incredibly refreshing and like I was getting a proper massage. The oil used wasn't sticky, and the subtle menthol scent left me feeling refreshed even after the massage. You can use Tiger Balm for an additional 50 baht. Also, it was really convenient that I could pay for the tip via Alipay (GCash). It was one of the most satisfying massages I've received in Thailand. I will definitely visit again next time I come to Bangkok! Tiger Balm is available for an additional 50 THB. I also appreciated that I could pay for both the massage and the tip using Alipay (through GCash), which was very convenient. This is definitely one of the best massages I've had in Thailand. I'll definitely come back the next time I'm in Bangkok!
On my second visit, I booked a 90-minute body massage with the same masseuse who had given me an amazing massage the first time. Unfortunately, I only received a 60-minute massage by mistake, which I didn’t realize until it ended and I checked the time. When I noticed the issue, I spoke directly with the reception and received a partial refund. However, I felt frustrated in the moment and ended up not leaving a tip for the masseuse, which I now regret. She was extremely apologetic and seemed quite upset, and the receptionist appeared rather harsh toward her. I sincerely hope I didn’t cause any trouble for the masseuse. She was kind and excellent at her job, and I don’t believe this was her fault—it seemed more like a miscommunication within the team. Please don’t blame her.♡
