Phuket Graceland Resort & Spa

Thanks for Graceland hotel our vacation in Puket got better and better. Great pool. Terrific rooms. Nice breakfast. Service super. The kids really enjoyed . And the hotel placed in center location close to the beach, a center near by. If you want a quiet vacation and not worry take this place. Also fair price. Looking forward to come back again.

Wonderful Service from Lulu at Graceland On our way back to Graceland, we actually found ourselves wondering whether we would see Lulu again. She was one of the staff members from our previous stay who had really stood out to us, so it was such a lovely surprise when we saw her again and she greeted us with her huge, warm smile. Every day during our stay, Lulu would greet us so genuinely and happily. She has such a friendly, caring nature and always made us feel welcome. We even made sure to have a photo taken with her this time so we could keep it as part of our memories from Graceland. In the evenings, when we were relaxing around the resort, we would often see Lulu walking around with that same big smile, checking that guests were comfortable, happy and enjoying their stay. She always seemed attentive, approachable and genuinely interested in making sure everyone was being looked after. What really stands out about Lulu is that her warmth never feels forced. She has a natural ability to make guests feel special and remembered, and that is something you do not find everywhere. Staff like Lulu are a huge part of what makes people want to return to a resort, because excellent service is not just about doing a job well, it is about making guests feel genuinely welcome. Lulu is a wonderful representative of Graceland and exactly the type of staff member you hope to see when returning to a hotel you love. We sincerely hope she continues to be part of the Graceland team for a very long time. She is an absolute asset to the resort and deserves to be recognised for the wonderful way she looks after guests. Thank you, Lulu, for once again helping make our stay at Graceland so memorable.
