We were very impressed. The staff here provide excellent and attentive service. A special thank you to Boss, the staff member at the breakfast area, who overheard our conversation about my husband having trouble sleeping the night before because of the constant noise from the water pump. We were planning to just endure it for one more night since we were checking out tomorrow, but Boss immediately called the front desk, and everyone quickly coordinated and arranged for a room change. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts. We were very impressed and will definitely stay here again if we're in Chiang Mai again.

This time, I experienced a 2-hour Ayurvedic Hide Away. The overall environment was indeed beautiful, with the atmosphere expected of a high-end spa, and the masseuses were very attentive. However, considering the price and the spa's positioning, I felt there were some areas for improvement. During the treatment, there were frequent and quite noticeable dog barks nearby, which definitely affected the immersion in an Ayurvedic treatment that requires quiet and relaxation. Especially since Shirodhara is a treatment that highly values ​​quiet and relaxation, this noise disturbance was a bit of a shame. Furthermore, after the treatment, I had barely sat down to enjoy some refreshments for five minutes when the staff informed me that the car to take me back to the hotel had arrived. While I understand that the shuttle might have been pre-arranged, for a spa of this level, I was expecting a more relaxed and unhurried ending. Allowing guests some time to leisurely enjoy their refreshments and drinks before leaving would have greatly improved the overall experience. Overall, the facilities and the spa itself were good, but the sense of tranquility and the pacing after treatments didn't quite meet my expectations for a high-end spa. If these details could be improved, I believe the overall experience would be significantly enhanced.

We loved our stay. We especially want to highlight the friendliness and attentiveness of all the staff, who were always willing to help and resolve any issues we had. The facilities are impeccably maintained, and it's clear they clean constantly. The activities offered by the hotel are amazing, and the instructors are highly trained and professional, which made the experiences even better. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also thoroughly enjoyed using the hotel spa; the experience was incredible. Finally, we want to especially mention the restaurant located right across from the hotel, both for the quality of the food and the service. Everything was delicious!
