I brought my dad in for a massage and booked one for myself too. We both had the 90 minute aroma massage and it was such a lovely, relaxing experience. The space was calm and welcoming, and everything felt very professional. My massage with Kun Oy คุณอ้อย was amazing, and my dad really enjoyed his massage with Kun Sauy คุณสวย. We both left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Both therapists were both wonderful and made our experience so enjoyable. Exceptional customer service. We will definitely come back! Highly recommend! Special thanks to Kuhn Bas คุณบาส for the information and for preparing everything ahead of time to make the experience smooth for us. The receptionists were so warm and welcoming, which made a great first impression.

I’ve been to this place more than five times. Some of the older therapists only work properly for the first 20 minutes, and then they start slacking off. Their body movements look exaggerated, but they barely apply any real pressure with their hands. When you ask them to use more pressure, they suddenly make it really uncomfortable, and some even seem to pinch your skin with their nails on purpose. They’ve been doing this job for so many years — don’t they know what kind of pressure makes customers feel comfortable and what makes them feel uncomfortable? The skill level between different therapists varies a lot. This time, the experience was even worse than before, and the price isn’t cheap either.

Went to get a Thai massage after a long-haul flight with my bf. I called ahead to request 2 female massage therapists, since it's my bf's first time and women naturally have a lighter touch. The request was ignored and the massage therapist for my bf was coughing constantly. I raised the concern to the receptionist and all they said was the staff was wearing a mask. Masks don't have 100% protective power and getting sick on the first day of our trip would be horrible. If you're sick or have symptoms, you should not be allowed to work, especially in this industry where you are in such close proximity with customers.
