A little appreciation post 🤍 A little appreciation post 🤍 I accidentally left my phone at the hotel after checking out in Chiang Mai… and didn’t realize it until I was literally about to board my flight. 🥲 I contacted the hotel from Bangkok, explained that I only had two days before flying back to China, and they were incredibly kind and helpful. They arranged everything quickly and shipped my phone all the way from Chiang Mai to Bangkok — and when I asked about the delivery fee and offered a tip, they simply said it was free. Honestly, this kind of kindness means so much Thank you for taking such good care of me, even after I had already checked out. 🤍 One of those little travel moments I’ll remember for a long time.

This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. It's very run-down, with mold everywhere, a musty smell in the rooms, a poor location, and a pool in terrible condition. The gym is very outdated. The buffet was another disappointment; we saw stale food and very little variety, and even a few small cockroaches on the floor. Most of the furniture is damaged. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Absolutely disgusted. We came from the other side of the world, dreaming of this vacation for years, and this is the trap we fell into... The grounds are neglected, filth and mold are everywhere, the pool is closed because it resembles a frog pond and even looks dangerous, with broken plastic chairs, moldy mattresses... Broken and torn chairs, tiles, wooden deck, parasols, and more. Sheets of corrugated iron add to the nightmare. The pool offers a lovely view of a shantytown... 😭 And the children's play area? Don't even get me started. The official photos are a complete lie. The price is certainly low, but we never would have come here if we had known... The staff, however, are friendly, and our room seems clean.
