Socials Sukhumvit - Ice bath & Sauna bar

This place is an absolute gem! I come here all the time and just love it. The sauna gets seriously hot in the best way possible—it just melts all the stress away. And the ice bath? It's a crazy challenge every single time, but it always leaves me feeling amazing and totally refreshed. But honestly, the best part isn't even the facilities (which are great), it's the people. The staff are so nice and welcoming, and they've really created an awesome community here. It doesn't matter if you're Thai or a foreigner, you walk in and just feel like you belong. It's like your happy place. It's the perfect mix: you get an amazing workout for your body with the sauna and ice plunge, and then you can just hang out, chat with people, and have a drink at the bar. I genuinely look forward to coming here every time. Can't recommend it enough!

There should be more then 1 bathroom to use for everyone and the tub was not cleaned. There was some sort of oil in the ice tube and some speck of stuff in there. There should be more then 1 ice tube, I think thats why people are limited to only 2 min max at a time. Besides that, the environment wasn't too bad and the host was very nice.

I have been here 3 or 4 times. Everytime I go I feel like I'm in my friend's house. As the name is Socials Sukhumvit, the owner and his staffs are so kind and warm.And also good and unique cocktails(and also coffee )are made detail by their one and only bar tinder. I've not try for the ice bath and sauna but I'm gonna try them next time.
