I wanted to give it 5 stars, but I couldn't. Why? The explanation is below. I drove all the way from Chonburi to use this service because I'd heard the reputation from many users, so I wanted to give it a try. I admire all the staff. This is a truly attention-to-detail center, from what I've experienced... But I'd like to ask you to consider: 1. TC already knows that the cars aren't mass-produced, but they take up a lot of space in front of the center for parking that doesn't appear to be customer cars. Many of the parking spaces are for my wife's car out for lunch. I saw it because I was waiting there. Convenience is your right, but it impacts my next point. 2. Instead of ensuring safety and allowing parking in the customer parking spaces, they park one car at a time. This leaves the remaining space cramped. Customers have to park close together instead of using the designated spaces. 3. The center staff took the car out for repairs and then left the designated parking spaces. They probably do this out of habit and expertise. However, one customer's car had a trailer attached to the back, making it longer than usual. So, the staff, using their expertise, backed up and unwittingly hit my car... Yes, I and other customers have seen it. It's something that shouldn't have happened, even if it was minor. 4. If Subaru TH's policy is to truly serve its customer base who love their cars, please consider the importance of using the car pick-up area more appropriately and safely. Don't rely solely on human expertise. At least implement a system and order to make this area safer. What happened to me today might not happen again. Even though the center has taken full responsibility, and I thank you, this is something that shouldn't have happened. One safety incident is one too many. I'll leave you with this thought. Those who care, care. Those who don't, think I'm just complaining. That's all. I'll definitely be back to use the service again, and I hope this improves. But if you consider it a minor issue from an unknown customer, that's okay. Thank you.
Very happy with the service. This was my first time going to this Subaru service centre, and they were excellent from start to finish. The service staff spoke English and communicated everything clearly and effectively, which made the whole process very easy. They fixed all of the issues I raised and kept me informed along the way. They replaced the driver-side automatic seat electronics, which were broken, for only $50. They also oiled the squeaky seat, fixed wiring issues in the driver-side windshield pillar, and even cleaned the engine bay. Overall, very good service — professional, thorough, and great value. I would definitely return and recommend them.
The on-site service was good, from the sales staff to the receptionists. However, I have a suggestion regarding the mechanics. After the car's scheduled maintenance, problems arose. During an initial inspection, I discovered additional issues created by the mechanics but they didn't inform me of them, or perhaps the mechanics were unaware of some things. I had to drive almost 300 km round trip to find the cause and fix the problem. This main service center should ensure its mechanics are trained to a higher standard and are more careful with other customers' property, so that customers can have confidence in using their services in the future.
