Visiting Terminal 21 Pattaya was such a fun and exciting experience! This mall is not just for shopping — it feels like a tourist attraction itself. The first thing that catches your attention is the giant airplane displayed in front of the mall, which makes it super iconic and perfect for taking photos. It really gives a unique and unforgettable first impression. Inside, the mall is beautifully designed with different international city themes on each floor like Paris, London, Tokyo, and Hollywood. Walking around feels like traveling around the world in one place. Every corner is very Instagram-worthy and beautifully decorated. There are so many shops, restaurants, cafes, and beauty stores to explore. One of my favorite parts was the food court because there were so many delicious choices with affordable prices, including halal-friendly options for Muslim travelers if you choose carefully. At night, the area in front of the mall becomes even more lively because there is also a small night market with food stalls, fashion items, and street food vibes that make the atmosphere even more enjoyable. It’s perfect for hanging out, shopping, and enjoying the night after a long day. The place feels clean, safe, family-friendly, and very comfortable for tourists. Whether you want shopping, food, photos, or just relaxing, Terminal 21 Pattaya has everything in one place. Definitely one of the must-visit places in Pattaya — a full 5-star experience and I would absolutely come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Terminal 21 Pattaya is one of the most fun and unique shopping malls I’ve visited in Thailand. The airport-themed concept with different international destinations makes the entire mall feel exciting and visually interesting from the moment you enter. Each floor represents a different city, and the attention to detail is impressive. The décor, photo spots, and layout make it more than just a shopping mall — it feels like a travel experience in itself. It’s very clean, well organized, and easy to navigate. The food court is a major highlight. There’s a wide variety of food options at very reasonable prices, from Thai street food to international cuisines. The quality and taste of the food were surprisingly good for a mall food court, and it’s a great place to try different dishes in one spot. Shopping-wise, there’s a good mix of international brands, local shops, and souvenir stores. Whether you’re looking for clothes, accessories, or just window shopping, there’s something for everyone. The mall is also very family-friendly and has plenty of seating areas. Overall, Terminal 21 Pattaya is a great place to spend a few hours — shopping, eating, taking photos, or just relaxing in an air-conditioned space. Highly recommended for tourists and locals alike.
A truly outstanding shopping mall of the highest quality — quite possibly one of the best in Thailand. Terminal 21 may not be as enormous as some of the mega malls in Bangkok, but it offers absolutely everything a visitor could wish for or seek, all within an exceptionally cozy, intelligent, and welcoming atmosphere, something rarely found in malls of this scale. The concept of Terminal 21 is genuinely brilliant and highly original. Each floor represents a different world city, designed as if you are passing through individual airport gates leading to iconic destinations such as London, Paris, Tokyo, and San Francisco. Moving between floors feels like traveling across continents, with creative details and thoughtful design solutions that make the experience both engaging and memorable. The level of quality, cleanliness, and the impressive diversity of shops create a consistently uplifting and pleasant mood for everyone who visits Terminal 21. The dining options are equally remarkable, offering a vast selection of restaurants and cafés that satisfy every taste and preference. Highly recommended — Terminal 21 is not just a shopping mall, but a destination in itself, a place to enjoy, explore, and truly feel inspired.
