ZERO STAR. Assign to a coughing therapist who didn't manage to release tension as she was sick. Foot massage here doesn't come with neck and shoulder massage towards the end. For that, have to pay additional. Paying premium for lousy service. What a waste of money! Never coming back.
I called to confirm my reservation, and the employee who answered the phone was very abrupt and lacked service mind. They cut me off abruptly. I told them I had two vouchers booked through Gowabi, but only one had been confirmed. They just curtly asked what the confirmation date was and if I'd received a note confirming it. When I said it was a different voucher, they just said "Okay, goodbye," without explaining anything further. They didn't even bother to clarify if the reservation had been confirmed or not.
Deep tissue massage isn't really strong and disappoints me. My massage lady even went out to eat something when 45mins (out of 60mins) passed, then spent like 3mins out there, then spit out something from her mouth into the bin of my massage room. This is not professional.
