They were knowledgeable and helped me select the Signature Aromatic Oil Massage, tailored to focus on areas of chronic tension, which was exactly what I needed after my long flight. Before the massage, I was able to appreciate the facilities, which were immaculately clean and incredibly relaxing. The outdoor spa area is nothing short of an urban paradise—a tranquil space that felt completely separate from the city noise. ​My therapist, was exceptional—clearly highly trained and incredibly intuitive. The pressure was perfect, and the technique demonstrated a deep understanding of muscle knots and relaxation points. ​ ​The Verdict: ​Lounge Spa is not just a place for a massage; it's a holistic wellness retreat. While the price point reflects the great value and quality, the investment is absolutely worth it for the impeccable service, luxurious facilities, and the level of therapeutic skill. This is, without a doubt, one of the finest spa experiences available in Pattaya, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking genuine relaxation. This is one of the best massage shops in Pattaya. Since they operate both a sauna and a restaurant, it is great for families or friends traveling together, as you can spend a day experiencing a Thai sauna and getting a massage. Usually, you have to bring your own swimsuit to a Thai sauna, but here they provide swim shorts (?), so you don't need to bring a swimsuit. (I'm not sure about women... haha.) If you use the sauna as well, you receive a 100 THB discount on the massage fee. The restaurant is run by a professional Korean chef who prepares dishes that suit Korean tastes, such as Tteokbokki and Chogye Guksu. They are currently running a promotion offering a 30% discount on 2-hour courses until June 30, 2026. I received the "Body Scrub + Hot Stone Aroma Massage" course for 1,610 THB, and I was surprised at how incredibly soft my skin felt for several days. Although the price is 100–200 THB more expensive per hour than other local massage shops, considering the facilities, the skills of the masseurs, and the comfort during the massage, I think it offers good value for money. (They provide warm tea and Thai sand after the massage.) I have received massages here a total of four times: foot massage, Thai massage + aloe gel massage, Thai massage + herbal compress massage, and Body Scrub + Hot Stone Aroma Massage. While budget-friendly massage chains like Lisa Massage are good, if you are traveling with family, I recommend The Lounge Massage Shop for a slightly better experience.

Great sauna! Found it by chance while looking near the hotel. I've been to five saunas in Pattaya. This one is one of the best! Clean, neat, and the staff is polite! Convenient lockers in the changing room with an electronic lock. Upon payment, you get: Slippers, swimming trunks, two towels, and a locker with a key. After the changing room, you enter the main area—I showed you in the video. They immediately brought water and three slices of watermelon. The hammam is excellent! Soft steam, clean, and doesn't smell bad. The sauna is fantastic! It's hot, there are two stoves, and you can add water to the stones! There are two pools—hot and cold. And the main pool has pleasant water. You don't really notice the chlorine. And the water is very clean everywhere! You get a 100 baht discount on massages for sauna guests. Since smoking is only allowed in one area, the sauna doesn't smell like smoke. I haven't tried the food, but the prices are higher than in restaurants, but I think the taste, quality, and portion sizes will be excellent! I recommend it to everyone! I really enjoyed it! I'll be back in a couple of days with family and friends! 👍
