What Google reviewers say about The Prime Massage
It smells nice, but I've had several disappointing massage experiences. The white-haired lady at the front desk had a fake smile and seemed unprofessional.
The masseur performed a one-handed massage with a scrub and essential oils. He supported himself on the edge of the bed with his other hand while massaging. He added a few drops of water and massaged from my back to my waist. Then a few drops were added again, massaging from my waist to my calves. He was basically dry-massaging (crying). It hurt, it hurt. I asked him to add some water. If he didn't understand, fine. He massaged my back haphazardly. He didn't even massage my heels (he didn't even massage the backs of my hands). Then he moved to the front. He directly massaged my upper and lower arms (right side of my body). He didn't massage my palms or the backs of my hands. He was almost entirely drawing circles with one hand. He even put a glove on one hand. He added very little water. Even worse, on the front—chest, arms, stomach, thighs, calves—he only added one drop of water. He didn't even massage my feet. Then he moved to the left side of my body. I immediately said, "I don't want a massage anymore, I want to go back to my hotel." I always stay in Thailand for 6-7 days. I get massages at this shop every day. This time it was very uncomfortable. I feel regretful. This time (dry scrub) my neck and the back of my thighs, and it stings even when I shower, although I can't see any wounds. Thank you to the receptionist, and she offered to refund me. I said no, because I showed the receptionist two sentences (she was massaging with one hand, the other hand supporting her on the edge of the bed). The scrub was very long in the middle. I can't explain it all. Thank you for your hard work.
I've been here several times. The bed isn't very comfortable, but everything else is okay.
