The service was terrible, and the massage techniques were poor. Upon arrival, my friend and I were asked to wait about 5-10 minutes before entering the shop. Due to staff shortages, we had to wait another 15-20 minutes. We were required to pay upon entry, with no refund option. When we explained we were in a hurry, the staff's attitude was extremely rude. Finally, when enough therapists arrived, we noticed they had just finished serving the previous group and looked very tired. Their massage lacked strength, and the areas they massaged weren't very relaxing. My friend and I weren't properly protected during the massage; the therapists frequently left the massage room door open, allowing them to see into the room. The hygiene was also poor; the therapists simply wiped our feet with a cloth before starting the massage. Unless absolutely necessary, avoid this place. Along this same stretch, there are three massage places, and unfortunately, this was by far the worst. I’ve tried the one in the middle and it was decent, but not City Massage (the first one), which always has a queue. We chose this one just to try something different—but it turned out to be a mistake. From the start, the staff came right up to our faces with the price list, which felt a little pushy. We did a 1-hour foot massage for ฿350, seated on the first two sofa chairs by the window. It was extremely noisy from the constant traffic, especially motorbikes and tuk-tuks passing by—definitely not relaxing. My masseur used way too much pressure even after I asked for it to be softer, and my husband’s masseur (a guy) seemed to just be going through the motions with minimal effort. No surprise this place is noticeably quieter compared to the other two. I wouldn’t recommend this place—too noisy, uncomfortable, and overall not enjoyable.
The most unprofessional massage parlor I've been to. Staff were constantly chatting with each other considering they've put up stickers everywhere asking customers to be silent. Opted for foot, head, neck and shoulders massage. Total duration 60mins. They decided the split up of time themselves. Foot massage was for 45mins and the rest for 15mins. I was expecting it to be 30mins+30mins. They hadn't informed us earlier which they should have. The foot massage was horrible and I got the masseur changed after just 10mins as I felt it was progressing poorly. She was too distracted, loud and noisy and not doing something worth THB 400. The last 15mins were also really ordinary. The entire massage felt more like rubbing on my body than anything else. That stretch has some 4 massage parlors in sequence and this is for sure the one to not enter whatsoever. HORRIBLE place. Went primarily because they accept card payments. What a mistake.
