Good ambience on 2nd floor although you have to bring/order your food before going up

This place is very clean and easy to navigate. There are seating on the down stairs area as well as the upstairs. Upstairs contains a drink machine as well as service station and toilets. Very handy and the staff were nice. very prompt and very good manners.

I would like to ask the staff at 10:00 AM on July 26, 2025 to please smile at the customers. I understand that you are tired from work or maybe it is a bad day, but I do not want to receive service with a frown on my face like this. Please fix this a little bit...!!!
