Just ate the GREATEST Pad Thai of all time. Many people are saying it. Incredible noodles, PERFECT balance, tremendous flavor. Other Pad Thais? Total disasters. This one? A WINNER. Thailand is doing AMAZING things, folks. Five stars!!!
