“Visiting Terminal 21 Pattaya was such a fun and exciting experience! This mall is not just for shopping — it feels like a tourist attraction itself. The first thing that catches your attention is the giant airplane displayed in front of the mall, which makes it super iconic and perfect for taking photos. It really gives a unique and unforgettable first impression. Inside, the mall is beautifully designed with different international city themes on each floor like Paris, London, Tokyo, and Hollywood. Walking around feels like traveling around the world in one place. Every corner is very Instagram-worthy and beautifully decorated. There are so many shops, restaurants, cafes, and beauty stores to explore. One of my favorite parts was the food court because there were so many delicious choices with affordable prices, including halal-friendly options for Muslim travelers if you choose carefully. At night, the area in front of the mall becomes even more lively because there is also a small night market with food stalls, fashion items, and street food vibes that make the atmosphere even more enjoyable. It’s perfect for hanging out, shopping, and enjoying the night after a long day. The place feels clean, safe, family-friendly, and very comfortable for tourists. Whether you want shopping, food, photos, or just relaxing, Terminal 21 Pattaya has everything in one place. Definitely one of the must-visit places in Pattaya — a full 5-star experience and I would absolutely come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“The place has a beautiful setting, and the food prices at the restaurant quite good and reasonable. However, the overall experience at the Marina felt very non-transparent and, honestly, in bad faith. The beers taken directly from the fridge had no visible prices and were later charged at almost 300 THB each, which is excessive. In addition, there was confusion regarding taxi access and an extremely expensive parking fee. Altogether, it created the feeling of hidden or predatory pricing practices designed to make customers spend without realizing the actual costs beforehand. I strongly recommend checking all prices in advance before ordering or entering with a vehicle.”

“Had an incredibly upsetting experience here. I was doing grocery run (over 1,000 THB) and picked up some baby bananas that were very ripe. Since they were close to spoiling, I split the bunch to only take half. At checkout, the cashier demanded I pay for the whole bunch. When I refused and decided to leave without buying anything, they threatened to call the police. Security guards actually followed me outside shouting at me. There are absolutely no signs stating you cannot split the banana bunches. Treat your customers with respect instead of threatening them over a misunderstanding”

“Harbor Mall Laemchabang is a large, multi-level shopping centre with around six floors of stores, making it one of the biggest malls in the Laemchabang area. It feels much more like a full city mall than a small local centre, with a wide range of shops and services spread across several levels. Inside you’ll find a mix of fashion stores, electronics, beauty shops, homeware, cafés, fast-food outlets, and everyday services, so it’s easy to spend a few hours here browsing. The layout is spacious with lifts and escalators connecting all floors, and it’s fully air-conditioned, which makes it a great escape from the heat outside. The mall is clean, calm, and not overwhelmingly touristy, giving it a very local feel while still offering everything you’d expect from a modern Thai shopping centre. Good for: ✔ Longer browsing sessions ✔ Families needing space and facilities ✔ A relaxed mall without huge crowds ✔ Travellers looking for a proper shopping break near Laemchabang A solid, well-sized mall that works perfectly for shopping, food stops, and taking a breather during your day in Laemchabang (very popular area for cruises to stop for Bangkok and Pattaya).”

“This place and the staff there are simply incredible. There aren’t many places in Pattaya that sell ice cream and affogato at night. But this place is one of them. Since we were there an hour before closing time, there weren’t many people, which was also a big plus. The waffles were very tasty—soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. We didn’t have to wait long for our order. Unfortunately, we lingered too long—it was closing time, and we still hadn’t finished eating. We were pleasantly surprised that the staff didn’t even approach us, didn’t ask us to leave, and didn’t give us dirty looks. They simply let us finish our meal, and it was both lovely and nice🫠🫠 There are so many ice cream flavors here —something for every taste and preference ;)”

“Great waterpark. Definitely check in on time to maximize your time here! Lazy river has a great current that pulls you along and you can actually relax and float. Lifeguards are actively watching and engaging with kids. Parents can rent a "Nest" from Let's Relax Spa and hang out in a cooled pod with a massage chair :) Clearly separated young child waterplay area + sandbox + small play ground. 2 slides. Space Pirate Beach area has wave pool and snack bar. Mini golf area costs 1 token (receive a few with room checkin). Tokens can also be used at snack bar and space shop. Adding: might sound silly but I was impressed that the tiles used around water park did not get too hot. Perfect for walking barefoot between areas. Hard to find in Thailand lol.”

“I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s one of the best villas I’ve stayed in, had a trip with 13 people and fit all of us cozy, and you could still fit more. All the facilities are well kept and cleaned. The owner definitely put his heart into it. All the rooms had The Frame TV from Samsung. The place even has an in build speakers for ambient music. Pool was clean, jacuzzi was great, grill was ready to use, there even a tent area you just want to chill out door. We also enjoyed the foosball and air hockey they had. There’s also so many good places to take pictures. The staff were friendly and had good services if you require. The owner even stopped by to ask us if everything was alright. Really enjoyed the place, definitely would recommend.”

“I visited Tara Sauna this Saturday afternoon. The place was completely packed with no parking available, not even for motorbikes. There was only one space left next to the kitchen, where staff also park their bikes. I was on my big bike and took that last space—only to have a staff member from the kitchen come running out, aggressively telling me not to park there because it was "for the big boss." I explained there was nowhere else to park and I just needed to meet my friends already inside. She didn't care and repeated that the space was only for the "big boss." If the so-called boss really told her to chase away customers for the sake of reserving one special spot, that's unacceptable. If not, then the boss should urgently remind their kitchen staff to focus on cooking and cleaning, not harassing customers. Either way, this is a perfect example of how not to treat people who actually pay to be there. Ridiculous and unprofessional. I will never return and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone until they get new management that understands the basic principle: customers come first.”

“If you’re in Pattaya and have a problem with your bag/baggage bag- this is the right place to go to! My baggage wheel was broken in the airport during one of my flights and I was very disappointed because of that! Luckily, I found these guys who have helped me and changed the wheels on it! The baggage doesn’t cost much but it is a valuable thing of mine which I wanted to keep in a good condition. Paid 500 baht for the repair and extremely happy about receiving my bag in a perfectly good condition. Absolutely recommend visiting this place!”
