A warning for anyone planning to book this place. If you think making a reservation means you'll be served on time, think again. I booked a 9:00 PM appointment, rushed all the way from Bangna, and even called ahead to let them know I was coming. Yet when I arrived, no one informed me that my appointment had been delayed. No apology, no explanation. I only found out I had to wait another hour because I went and asked myself. The reason? The previous group of five wanted to extend their massage, and the shop chose to let them continue even though I already had a reservation. Waiting isn't the issue. The problem is that they knew my appointment would be delayed but never called, never informed me, and would probably have left me waiting if I hadn't asked. If reservations can be pushed aside this easily, what's the point of having a booking system? ⭐☆☆☆☆ A warning for those planning to book this shop: Just because you have a reservation doesn't mean you'll be served on time. I had a 9 PM reservation, rushed there from Bang Na, and even called ahead. However, upon arrival, there was no explanation for the delay, and only after I inquired myself was I told there was "another hour's wait." The reason given was that the previous five customers requested extensions, and the restaurant prioritized those extensions. The problem isn't the wait itself, but the lack of prior notice or explanation, even though they knew the reservation would be delayed. If reservations are so easily pushed to the back of the queue, then the reservation system is pointless.
(Spa's response below was disappointing like the service. You claimed my experience was "normal"). AVOID SCAM "Vietnamese Hair Spa & Neck Shoulder Back massage". Only the massage was good. Essentially this 1400thb for a package that included: 30mins good massage + 1hr15mins bad hair wash + 5mins hair dry. This experience is worth 600–700 THB at most and we felt scammed for reasons below: 1. Time: I have short hair. I was sitting outside with the ginger tea at 5:30pm but we arrived the shop at 3:40pm. 2. Loud: We were two people choosing this package. The two masseurs gossiped and joked the a lot. Between them and the street traffic right outside the window, relaxation was impossible! (Hair spa room is on ground floor by roadside window) 3. Safety: The water temperature kept raising. I had to complain three times, and the masseuse couldn't even feel how hot it was. Her coworker stepped in to help but the water temperature kept raising and she still kept spraying my head and said sorry 🤕 4.False advertising: The equipment shown in their photos wasn't used. Instead, they used a loud, barely-functioning steamer. The hair drying station looked like a school desk passed down by grandparents.
The shop was clean and tidy, with a comfortable space and good overall hygiene. I opted for a two-hour Thai massage, expecting a deep relaxation and stretching effect. However, the masseuse's pressure was too light, and the entire process lacked the pressure and stretching sensation expected of a Thai massage, falling far short of my expectations. If you just want gentle relaxation, it might be acceptable, but if you specifically chose a Thai massage hoping for a more thorough and deep massage, I feel this experience did not meet your expectations. Frankly, if I had known the pressure would be so light, I probably would have chosen a different Thai massage parlor in the first place.
