Botanika Massage - Silom

I’ve been going to Botanika since 2022. Been to Bangkok 35 times and every visit I stay loyal to this salon but can’t help but notice how bad it gets. 3 times out of 5 massage ladies are unwelcoming and passive aggressive, they don’t listen when you ask to adjust the pressure or speed. The service itself got significantly worse over last 2 years. Yesterday I went for feet and shoulders package and was so disappointed that I’m never coming back. The lady wasn’t nice at all plus the massage was really bad, felt like she was doing it for the first time, it literally just did not feel nice or relaxing. Unfortunately can not recommend this place anymore

Such a beautiful Silom brunch. The receptionist lady was so friendly and explained all the kinds of massages and packages they have. I chose an amazing 2 hours massage with hot oil. The lady did such a great job. She combined different kinds of massage to me, meanwhile focusing on the areas I needed the most. I felt refreshed after a long flight. Definitely will be back to Botanica again and again. Highly recommend this place 🤍

I've been there several times. The service is very good, and the therapists are conscientious. The Thai massages I've received here sometimes involve lying face down for a very long time, and since there's no place to rest your face, my neck has gotten very tired. The cookies they serve after the massage are delicious, and I often find them at the nearby TOPS supermarket and buy them as souvenirs.
