Century The Movie Plaza Sukhumvit

Run away!! Most of the reviews I read were about this movie theater in the mall. The staff were unwelcoming. I went to see a movie today, and the power went out in the middle of every movie in every theater. The staff were very slow to come and call out customers. They told everyone to gather in front of the theater. Everyone came out, both Thai and foreigners, complaining. They didn't explain anything, just said the power went out and the movie couldn't continue. They offered refunds. You could see everyone was upset. It really ruined the experience for people who were really looking forward to seeing a movie. I overheard one staff member telling a customer, "We can't give you a refund because you're almost finished watching the movie." I was shocked, like, is that even possible? The movie was almost over, but it wasn't because of your theater! But then I saw another staff member say, "No, no!" Like, the movie was going on, halfway through, and we had to waste time watching it again. Great job with this movie theater in the mall. The staff aren't welcoming anyway. Excellent! Everyone was complaining. I don't even want the refund, but it's the wasted time for people who really wanted to see that movie and had to watch it again.

Had a great meal at the Salad Factory Century Sukhumvit branch. The restaurant was clean, bright, and had a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were friendly and my order arrived quickly. I ordered the grilled chicken with creamy mushroom sauce and vegetables. The chicken was juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly, while the mushroom sauce was rich without being too heavy. The vegetables were fresh and the pumpkin mash was a nice addition. I also tried one of their refreshing citrus drinks, which paired really well with the meal. Overall, the ingredients tasted fresh, the portions were satisfying, and the food felt much healthier than typical mall dining without sacrificing flavour. I’d definitely come back and would recommend this branch to anyone looking for a fresh, balanced meal in the area.

Yesterday, I went to see a movie at Century Sukhumvit with my boyfriend, and there was a power outage. At first, we were confused because the movie just stopped. Soon after, a staff member ran over and said that all the electricity in the mall was out and they couldn't continue the movie. We asked what caused it, and the staff said they didn't know the exact cause yet but had contacted the power company. Okay, we understood it was an unforeseen circumstance, and we went down to the counter to get our refunds. The staff apologized repeatedly, both inside and outside the theater.
