I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately I felt compelled to share this experience. The massage therapists were kind, professional, and provided a good service. My complaint is specifically about the receptionist. My companion and I requested a package consisting of one hour of foot massage followed by one hour of Thai massage. When the credit card machine showed a charge of only 800 THB (which appeared to cover only the foot massage for two people), we politely clarified that we wanted one hour of foot massage first and then one hour of Thai massage. The receptionist responded by raising her voice and saying, “You want only foot massage first, no?” We calmly explained again that we wanted the foot massage followed by the Thai massage. However, she continued speaking to us in a raised and unfriendly tone. Her reaction genuinely startled us. Rather than feeling welcomed as customers, we felt uncomfortable and embarrassed. Because of the way we were spoken to, we ultimately decided to proceed with only the foot massage instead of the additional Thai massage we had originally planned to book. It is disappointing because the therapists themselves were lovely and provided good service. However, the receptionist’s attitude significantly affected our overall experience. This is actually the first negative review I have ever left, which is why I felt it was important to share. I hope management will address this issue, as customer service at the front desk is often the first impression guests receive.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Botanika Massage in Silom, and I can confidently say it was the best foot massage I've experienced in Bangkok. From the moment I stepped inside, the serene atmosphere and soothing decor set the perfect tone for relaxation. The massage itself was nothing short of phenomenal. The therapist was highly skilled, using the right amount of pressure to relieve tension and enhance circulation. Every stroke felt intentional and deeply rejuvenating, targeting all the areas that needed attention. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, with a blend of traditional techniques that left my feet feeling incredibly refreshed. The staff was friendly and professional, making sure I was comfortable throughout the session. The ambiance, complete with calming music and soft lighting, added to the overall experience. If you’re looking for an exceptional foot massage in Bangkok, I highly recommend Botanika Massage Silom. It’s a hidden gem that delivers quality service and a truly relaxing experience. I can’t wait to return!

This was my first thai massage experience ever, so i didn’t know what to expect when i came here. Upon arrival, i was welcomed with a smile and politeness at the reception. The place was very clean everywhere. And smelled good too. I chose the full body oil massage for 1 hour. Was assigned a masseuse. Given icy cold towel to wipe/freshen my face and water to drink. My feet were washed. Was brought to the massage room upstairs. The whole massage was very very pleasant, just the right amount of pressure, not too hard, not too light (i’m skinny, so i was afraid that the pressure would cause me too much pain….but it didnt), very professionally done (no hanky panky). Tipped the masseuse for her great work. Was offered a shower but i decided to shower at home instead. And before leaving, was offered tea and cookies. All in all, it was an amazing experience before flying back home tomorrow. Unable to compare to other places (due to lack of personal experience). 100% recommend for what it is.
