This was my first time here, and I won't be coming back. (I came based on reviews on Google Maps.) 1. During the massage, I could hear loud, bass-heavy music coming from the wall of the building next door, making the floor vibrate and preventing me from feeling relaxed as I should have. This is a massage parlor, not a bar! 2. The massage therapists were talking amongst themselves intermittently, and they didn't seem to show much respect to foreigners. For example, when a foreigner wasn't wearing underwear, they would talk to each other about it. There was also a difficulty communicating with foreigners. 3. I wish the owner would try massaging their own staff to see which ones are good and which aren't. The therapist who massaged me today seemed to be doing acupressure massage, not muscle relaxation. They were pressing and pressing, mostly on bones, which was painful and not relaxing at all. 4. The 90-minute massage consisted of 60 minutes of leg massage, and they kept massaging and massaging. They finished the shoulder massage and then continued with the leg massage, repeating the cycle. 5. If you compare the price to other shops with similar external standards, you should go elsewhere. The only two advantages are: 1. Close to the BTS. 2. Clean. **P.S. It might be my fault for visiting on the day the service was the worst since they opened. We booked a massage at Urban Massage Center to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, choosing the one-hour back, shoulders, and neck package. The experience was absolutely wonderful. The massage was very effective: at first it can feel a bit intense, but soon after you really feel your back loosen up and the relief is amazing. The two therapists were highly skilled, kind, and friendly, and they made us feel comfortable right away. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm. They provided special clothes for the treatment, washed our feet, and then guided us to the massage room. At the end, we were treated with a hot tea and a heated neck wrap, probably with salts, which was such a lovely touch. The center is also easy to reach by public transport, which makes it very convenient. We highly recommend it both for a special occasion and simply to take care of yourself. We will definitely be back.

Avoid this shop!! I came in group of 3 today First pax - lady no energy, wasted 10 mins to change, still no energy Second pax - told them I want water, forget to give me. I said start 6pm, they rush me to start, saying there’s next customer. Forget water. Third pax - massage bad. Told her to be strong, can’t understand English, then laugh, something like “small but want strong?” Then just purposely rub my leg hard till painful but my feet doesn’t touch the “point”????? What is the likelihood to have 3/3 bad therapist. This is not bad luck. This is pure bad. Closes 9pm but by 830pm everyone packs n leaves. Now I see why they rushed the headspa….
