Infinity Spa

Booked a spa package for me and my partner (body scrap, massage, facial). It was a great 3.5 hour experience from entering the spa until saying goodbye. High professionalism, well thought through journey, good communication (and English skills), organized, friendly and attentive service. Online pre-booking and email communication for a special request worked great. Thanks to Paula and Nok, our two masseuses. It was a pleasure! What would have made the experience even better for us: - A thicker sheet or planket for the body parts which are not being scrubbed. It can get really cold in an air conditioned room (especially when lying wet on massage bed for 30 minutes). - While having the face mask on (during facial), instead of leaving the room, the masseuse could do a hand massage or something more active. This is personal preference and I know it can’t be expected. Just what I am used to. :) - Shower water can get boiling hot. When the shower got prepared (to wash off the scrub), one of the two showers were set to (only) hot water. It was so hot that it was barely possible to touch the tap to change the temperature. I appreciate the preparation and switching on the water beforehand but I recommend checking the water temperature before you let the customer get in. Only one of us had the water set to boiling hot. The other one was perfect. However, nobody’s perfect but you are really close to it. Next time I am in Bangkok, I will come again. Thank you!

My first time visiting after recommendations from my friends who loved the service. I was blown away with the hospitality. First of all the location is easily accessible just walking distance from the road (well from my hotel too) the staff are the most polite people I have ever met (something about Thai people, very polite and humble). The ambiance in the spa is so serene & relaxing, immediately you get in they offer you some cold towel infused with essential oils and also a layered green tea with watermelon. One of the staff then comes and discusses your desired service, I settled for one of their signature massages for 90mins. You are then introduced to your masseuse and they take you upstairs where they clean your feet n change to comfortable slides then to your massage room. The massage itself was so relaxing and they always communicate to you if you need more pressure or less which was good. 10/10 I would recommend. At the end they again give you a hotel towel infused with essential oil and have a complimentary mango sticky rice with some tea which I found it to be a very cute gesture. Be sure to make an appointment as less chances of getting a spot just by walking in. Prices are affordable and really worth it. Payment is either cash or card or even Apple Pay so convenient. If I lived in Bangkok I would be going weekly 😂. Thank you Infinity for the wonderful experience and see you soon!

Hands down the best spa experience I’ve ever had, Infinity Spa is truly in a league of its own. From the moment I stepped through the door at Silom Soi 21, I was treated to a luxurious experience that left me completely relaxed and deeply impressed. The service was absolutely top notch, with warm and welcoming English speaking staff who made everything effortless from start to finish. The massage itself was nothing short of phenomenal, every movement was precise, intuitive, and deeply restorative. You can tell the therapists are highly skilled and genuinely care about delivering an exceptional experience. What really sets Infinity Spa apart is the attention to detail. From the beautifully designed interiors to the calming ambience, soothing scents, spotless cleanliness, and thoughtful touches throughout, everything was immaculate. You feel looked after the moment you arrive, and that feeling stays with you long after you leave. I genuinely don’t think I’ll ever go to another spa again. Infinity Spa has ruined all other spas for me, in the best possible way. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. This isn’t an exaggeration. I can’t recommend this place enough.
