*Update: The shop owner has contacted me. There has been a follow-up and a report. The summary is that a staff meeting was held, including with the employee who provided the service (who was a new employee). The employee who served that day has been terminated, and concrete measures will be taken to improve and rectify the situation regarding this incident. I had a 2-hour aroma + body scrub treatment for 990 baht. I feel like I wasted my money. I wanted to leave after the scrub. - It was raining the day I went. Normally, the shop washes feet before the treatment, but this wasn't the case. - I was then taken to the room and given a gown. The gown didn't fit, so I was given oversized pants that I had to tie with elastic bands. - Then, one of the therapists brought out aroma scents for me to choose from (separate from the body scrub). I chose in the first round and was waiting for the massage. Another therapist asked again, and I told them I had already chosen. The therapist said I hadn't chosen and spoke in an irritated tone. - The scrub felt rushed. I didn't feel relaxed at all. Normally, they cover the area with a cloth after the massage, but the air conditioning was very cold. (Additionally, they were in such a hurry that they bumped into a shelf and made my phone fall.) - After the scrub, they asked me to shower. - They rushed me in, telling me to cover myself with a blanket instead of providing a change of clothes. - The bathroom was typical, with just one bottle of plain soap that didn't look like a high-quality product. - After showering and putting on my bathrobe, they knocked on the door and handed me a towel?? Which is unusual as it should normally be provided beforehand. - The aromatherapy massage was the same as usual, rushed and rubbing until I felt hot, my skin squeezing against the bed. - The areas I asked them to focus on were massaged less than other areas. - Even after it was finished, while I was changing clothes, they rushed me, making me wait outside the room for water. They also told me to quickly scan my card to pay and then leave. This is exactly what I experienced.

Happy to chance upon this place after dinner! I did a neck and shoulder massage with Ms. Kae and she was superb! She is highly skilled and asked where I’m hurting to focus more. You can definitely trust the senior ladies with their many years of experience. The environment was also quiet and soothing. I like that they respected the tranquil atmosphere and there wasn’t too much chatter between staff. My only wish is if they could have those beds with holes to fit your head when facing down as turning to one side while facing down could be a little tiring for the neck. Friendly lady boss and staff. Highly recommended!

I’ve had many massages and this shop has the top masters. I work out 5 times a week and have a lot of muscle soreness. The masters release all the muscle knots, being so accurate with all the pain trigger points. I’m so satisfied and feel so much better and relaxed after the deep tissue massage. I’ve had the Thai oil massage and aromatherapy massage, and for me as a gym goer, I prefer the Thai oil massage as it releases all the soreness from my muscles. If you’re keen to relax with gentler massages, I recommend the aromatherapy massage.
