⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Suchada and her team. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. Dr. Suchada took the time to explain all of my treatment options clearly and made me feel completely at ease throughout my appointment. There was absolutely no pressure to make a decision, which I really appreciated. After discussing my options, I decided to have my teeth whitened, along with two crowns and four fillings. The clinic is modern, spotless, and beautifully presented, and the level of care and attention to detail was outstanding. I would highly recommend Dr. Suchada and her team to anyone looking for high-quality dental care in Bangkok. Thank you, Dr. Suchada, for such a positive experience! 😊

I regularly bring my child to BDMS for dental treatment. I've been impressed since the first day. From the moment I entered, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. They answered all my questions and provided information promptly when I called. The facility is clean, the atmosphere is pleasant and peaceful, and it's not crowded or chaotic. We had an appointment and were able to get treatment right away without any long waits. There's a children's play area with toys. The dentist is kind, skilled, and very gentle – my child isn't afraid at all! They even give my child toys to take home. Thank you so much, BDMS Wellness, for providing such a wonderful place for us to receive services. I highly recommend this clinic!

The clinic is very clean and the facilities are excellent. However, the time management is extremely disappointing. I have arrived on time for every appointment, yet I have had to wait every single time—sometimes for up to two hours. The waiting doesn’t stop before the treatment; there are often additional delays afterward as well. For a premium clinic that charges premium prices, this level of waiting is unacceptable. Patients shouldn’t have to sacrifice several hours despite having scheduled appointments. I sincerely hope the clinic takes this issue seriously and improves its scheduling system. The quality of service should include respecting patients’ time.
