Grand Massage and Spa - MBK Center

I was expecting a much more skilled therapist for the price. Sadly disappointed. She also had callus and sharp edges on her nails. Imagine 90 mins of that… The room is extremely cold it’s ridiculous and when I asked for the room temp to become warmer she threw 5kg of towels over my head which felt like I was being suffocated. So I found it hard to relax. They didn’t ask on arrival for focus areas or pressure, another opportunity missed for a better experience. Man sat behind the desk is more interested in his phone and collecting payment rather than serving customers. The only plus is the facilities are clean. I would definitely avoid this place as you’d likely have a 10c better massage anywhere else for a fraction of the cost!

I tried some massages in this area and was also trying Grand Massage and Spa. We started with the "De-stress Head to Toes" and indeed, I could fully relax. The pressure was always on point and it was always reassured that I felt well. On areas that I knew I had tight muscles, she spend more time to relax it. During the head-massage, I nearly fell asleep :) The Facial Treatment Therapy was the perfect end. My skin feels smooth and hydrated. The whole ambiente is very elegant and makes you feel even more at ease. Would always come back!

Such a lovely place in the heart of Bangkok. The spa is spotless, relaxing, and very well maintained. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, making the whole experience feel comfortable from start to finish. The massage was excellent and great value for money, the quality of service you receive for the price is honestly amazing. I left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great massage in Bangkok and will happily return on my next visit
