Don’t go. 1. I had been going to Let’s relax for a number of years and at a number of branches (Thong Lor, Ploenchit, Ginza, Siam Square) whenever am back to visit BKK. 2. After last night visiting the one at Central Emabssy, I will not go back. 3. Over the year, the masseurs standard has been declined and sadly last night was ridiculous. 4. 3 of us booked in for Thai massage with herbal compress. All of us asked for firm massage. 5. 2 of us got ridiculous, gentle press body. That’s not a massage. We lied there the whole time thinking if we should just leave but didn’t want to insult anyone. 6. When I asked the masseur to massage firmer, she just laughed and continued to do her silly rest her hand on my back and shoulder. It was frustrating to say the least. I said that a few times. Nothing changed. Plenty of massage places out there, will never go back. Congratulations you just lost 3 customers.

I regret visiting on the last day of my trip. I love massages. While personal preferences may vary depending on the individual masseur, my long experience with massages has taught me that there is a certain level of quality in some establishments. The massage here is by far the best. For three out of four days, I went to Let's Relax, which was close to my accommodation at the Conrad Hotel. Like other visitors' reviews, the quality of the massage was somewhat lacking. Disappointed, I visited two days in a row, hoping that tomorrow would be different. As expected, it wasn't. I canceled my reservation for the next day and visited this place nearby. It is located in the basement of a shopping mall. The facilities are decent, and the staff are friendly. The massage is among the best I've ever had. Koreans, please come here. In my opinion, it is a choice you won't regret. I will visit again.

One of the best spas in Bangkok. I was in town on business for several weeks and ended up visiting this Let’s Relax location 4–5 times. I had both the foot massage and the aromatherapy oil massage. My masseuse, Lamai, was the best!! She was so friendly, kind, professional, and gave the best aromatherapy massages I’ve ever had. They welcome you with tea and a cool towel, and after your treatment you’re served tea and mango sticky rice. The staff is super welcoming and professional. The spa is very clean, and I never felt rushed or shorted on time for my treatments. The location is also really convenient if you’re staying in a hotel near Central Embassy. I highly recommend this spa. Will be my first stop once I return to BKK!
