June 2026 This branch is actually on the eighth floor of the Sivaltel Hotel. You need to get an elevator card from the hotel on the first floor to take the elevator, so it took me a while to figure it out. I recommend arriving 15 minutes early. The staff will ask about your physical condition and which areas you can massage. Currently, basic English is sufficient for communication. The staff mentioned that they will have Chinese-speaking staff in the future, which I think is great. I originally wanted to relax at the JW Marriott Spa, but they weren't responding to my messages, so I didn't have time to waste and found Heavenna instead. My masseuse, Ms. Iris, was very professional. She focused on acupressure points to relax my muscles. I later learned she has over ten years of experience. I felt lucky to have such professional masseuses. Each person has a private room (there are also double rooms for couples). The massage bed has a headrest, so the equipment is quite thoughtful. After the massage, there's hot tea, Thai dessert, and ice cream. Because I had diarrhea, I only had the hot tea. I enjoyed a very relaxing time.

They were cheerful, talkative, and gave great advice. The service was five-star. I booked an oil massage with a choice of scents. The massage room was clean, and the masseuse was skilled and relaxing, perfect for couples. The place was clean, and the massage room was fully equipped. Before the service, the staff asked about my preferences for pressure. After the massage, they served ice cream.

I go to aesthetics clinics every week in Korea and have been to so many different places, but this is the best.. I couldn't forget it, so I came back!!!
