Talking about the green flags 🟢 #1: Enough effort and time put into the massage That's the main matter of what you're here for but that's the end of the good things they do. 🚩 #1: I had called twice in advance to make a reservation but they still messed up the time slot. 🚩#2: Careless staff at the front desk. We booked two massages and the older lady with the glasses did not do the paper work or ask for the concentration points for one person. When confronted, she tried to justify herself by saying that the masseuse inside the room would anyway ask for pressure points and guess what, she did not! 🚩#3: Another masseuse approached me when I was looking at the rate list banner and tried to sell me something but while I was speaking, she detected me not being interested and walked away mid conversation. 🚩#4: No care to ask for refreshments to accompaniments. 🚩 #5: They laugh at the guests if they are not understanding something and/or give them a side eye. They make comments and laugh behind the back all the time and this is terribly rude. You know they are talking about you and not some home gossip.
I had a wonderful experience at Serene Sense Spa during my stay at Avani Ratchada Bangkok. The aromatherapy massage was absolutely excellent, very relaxing, with the perfect pressure, and exactly what I needed after exploring Bangkok. The therapist was professional and attentive, creating a truly calming and rejuvenating experience from start to finish. What made the visit even more memorable was the thoughtful hospitality after the treatment. I was pleasantly surprised to be served delicious mango sticky rice, which was such a lovely Thai touch and the perfect way to end the session. The spa atmosphere was peaceful, clean, and beautifully designed, making it easy to unwind the moment you step inside. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing spa experience in Bangkok. I will definitely return on my next visit!
This store’s manager was extremely unfriendly and didn’t smile at all. I’m a hotel guest, and after finishing the hot spring, I had to change out of my clothes, then change back into my own clothes, and then go to the spa next door and change again into their outfit. The service is very inconsiderate — they could have simply given me the spa outfit while I was at the hot spring, but instead they made it unnecessarily inconvenient. On top of that, the card payment took a very long time and still didn’t go through. I’m certain my card works, as I had just used it successfully during lunch. Throughout the entire process, the manager never smiled, and when I asked questions, she often chose to remain silent. I honestly don’t understand the role of such a manager in this establishment. The overall experience was extremely poor.
