I used to like this bar so much that I had visited quite often at the weekend since last year, even though I didn’t live nearby. But I will never visit here again and never recommend to anyone around me. On the day I last visited this bar, I lost my passport. It was definitely my carelessness to have dropped it somewhere. And this bar was one of two places where I thought strongly my passport would have been dropped. I desperately wanted it back. The passport contained stamps from more than 15 countries, representing six years of travel memories that cannot simply be replaced. I contacted this bar and asked them if they had seen any lost passports, but they gave me a clichéd answer that if they found it they would contact me again. As they didn’t give me any updated info about my lost passport, I contacted them again to politely ask them to make a short post on their Facebook saying that a passport had been lost at the venue. They could have typed a few words to do it, but they didn’t help me. I was hoping that someone holding my passport would see their Facebook post and return it, but I couldn’t even try that possibility, as they ignored my last opportunity. Then, I realised that they treat their customers just as the ones who bring money to them. They post a lot of advertisements to gather customers for money, but they simply abandon customers in the issues they wouldn’t get any profit from. This kind of bar would detain customers who didn’t pay yet, even if a fire breaks out there.
On the day of the concert, everything had a price. They didn't mention a minimum of 8 bottles when booking the table, even though it said "Promotion 1" was only available for 4 bottles. When I asked at the restaurant, they said they didn't have that option... Other restaurants that are better in terms of pricing don't overcharge like this. One visit is enough; they took advantage of me too much. (I can pay, but I just feel it's unfair that they didn't inform me of the minimum amount when I booked. It wasn't clear!!)
At 2 a.m., I asked to share a table with my shaved head even though I had been sitting since 9 p.m. I'm confused. It was almost fun. Why do I have to share a table with other people when I have to pay? And there are 5 of us sitting together, squeezing each other. I'm confused. Why don't you find a place for new customers? Why do you have to share a table with other people?
