The service was terrible. I usually go there often, but the staff are always looking for me. The last time I went was on a public holiday. It was crowded, but the service was awful. I wanted to ask if they had enough stock, but they only brought one item and then disappeared. I had to ask 3-4 times. They kept coming and going, changing staff members. They even helped me carry things while I still hadn't received my items. Finally, the last staff member asked how many items I had reserved, saying I wanted a lot. It was so frustrating. It's completely different from the staff at the front counter, who answered all my questions and I got my items quickly.

The service is good, but the downside is that we ordered goods to be delivered to a province outside of Bangkok, and they said they had the items. However, when we scheduled the delivery, the items weren't available, and we were made to wait even longer. HomePro Charansanitwong needs to improve its service. If you don't have the item to deliver, just say so directly. Because we hire technicians on a daily basis, wasting time and money. If you don't have the item or if you don't have enough stock, just say so.

The staff in each department were incredibly helpful and friendly. They never got annoyed when customers asked questions and were always ready to provide excellent service. Each department had great information and recommendations. If you're a first-time home builder or looking to buy home furnishings, I highly recommend coming here!
