I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the HomePro Suk Sawat branch team for the excellent experience we had in starting our home renovation. Before this, we had tried contacting several contractors and received very high prices. Some of them lacked confidence in their standards and quality of work, causing us to hesitate for a while. Home renovation is a major undertaking, and we wanted to choose a truly trustworthy team. Ultimately, we chose HomePro because their team provided excellent advice from the beginning. They helped keep our budget within our desired range and explained everything in a straightforward manner, making us feel much more at ease. In particular, we would like to thank Mr. Phet, the engineer who came to oversee the site. He was polite, kind, and genuinely helpful and provided sincere advice. He actively suggested what could be done and was honest about what couldn't be done, making us feel confident and trusting of them. Another person we'd like to thank specially is Ms. Jeans, who helped design the house according to our needs. She never complained, even when we requested several revisions. She constantly helped brainstorm, adjust, and tried her best to design something that perfectly matched our preferences. We could really feel her dedication. And finally, we would like to thank Ms. Wa, the Krungsri HomePro credit card employee, who came over to offer advice and assistance when we went to pay. This resulted in us receiving an additional 1,000 baht cashback, which was very impressive. In fact, from the moment we walked into HomePro Suksawat, we didn't encounter a single staff member who didn't provide good service. Even the male staff member who helped us with the water heater was very knowledgeable about various plumbing systems and was able to provide expert advice on water filters. This made us feel more confident in choosing products and services. Furthermore, on the day we paid the deposit, we met other team members who were very helpful and attentive. Everyone was very friendly, which made us feel less worried or afraid of being abandoned during the project. We felt confident in HomePro's standards even before the actual work began. Once the house renovation is complete, we will come back and review the finished work again. 😊
I recently ate at Mae Sri Ruen restaurant in HomePro Suksawat. The food was delicious and the prices weren't too expensive. However, the restaurant didn't have a check-in option, so I had to check in at HomePro instead. Therefore, I'll separate this into two parts: firstly, the restaurant itself – high-quality food at reasonable prices, highly recommended, especially Mae Sri Ruen (the food and menu are as pictured); and secondly, the service at this HomePro branch – I'd give it five stars, but there were quite a lot of staff, making movement feel a bit awkward and them standing clustered together. Furthermore, the female staff member was very helpful and gave excellent advice about faucets and silicone. Everyone seemed knowledgeable and well-trained.
I didn't take many photos of the upper floors because I wasn't looking at anything, and there were a lot of staff. It felt a bit awkward when it wasn't crowded, haha. But if you like staff recommendations, this is perfect; they're readily available. The lower floors have a decent selection of restaurants and are quite lively. It was my first time walking around here, but if I had to choose, I'd probably prefer the Big C side more. This side is better for home decor and stuff. This mall seems well-invested, clean, and nice, suitable for those who dislike crowds.
