Khagee Boutique Thai Massage House

Extremely disappointing experience at Khagee Boutique Spa. We made a reservation for 4 people and were told that it was confirmed. However, when we arrived, we were suddenly informed that they could only accommodate 2 people. After we expressed our frustration, they changed their story and said they could do 3 people instead. This immediately raised questions about whether they actually knew their own availability. When we asked why they didn’t inform us of this before we arrived, the manager’s explanation was that the receptionist “was not aware.” That is simply not an acceptable excuse. Internal miscommunication is the spa’s responsibility, not the customer’s. Instead of resolving the issue, they asked us to walk to another outlet. We even suggested sending one additional therapist from the other outlet so our group could stay together, but they refused without offering any meaningful solution. The most shocking part was when we requested to speak to the owner or someone more senior. The manager hung up on us. That level of customer service is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. We wasted our time travelling there based on a confirmed booking, only to be met with confusion, contradictory information, and rude service. If your group booking matters to you, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. There are many spas that value their customers and honour their reservations. I would have given a zero star if I could!
