If you want to leave a massage with a trip to the ER, this is the place. I came here for a Thai massage on June 21 at around 6 PM, and it was honestly the worst massage I've ever had. Before the massage even started, I clearly marked on the iPad that my neck was NOT to be touched. Somehow the therapist either didn't read it or completely ignored it. She kept squeezing my neck really hard throughout the massage and even forcefully slapped/patted it at the end. She also kept randomly laughing during the massage, which made the whole experience feel really uncomfortable and unprofessional. As soon as the massage was over, I started feeling nauseous, had a headache, and my neck was hurting. I even told the front desk before I left that I felt like I was going to throw up. About 20 minutes later, everything got much worse. I felt dizzy, couldn't walk properly, and even had trouble speaking, so I ended up going straight to the emergency room. I'm still dealing with neck pain, nausea, and back pain. My neck is still hurting, and this whole experience has affected me far beyond just a "bad massage." What makes this even more frustrating is that I actually tried to sort this out with the business first. I called them, and they told me to send an email. I did exactly that—not just once, but multiple times—and nobody ever replied. Being completely ignored after ending up in the ER is honestly unacceptable. I'm only leaving this review because they chose not to respond. If you have any injuries or specific areas you need them to avoid, I would think twice before coming here.

Visited this massage outlet as the reviews were high, but was disappointed as the masseuse could not get the right pressure points. The body scrub was not bad, but the waiting time to wash off after the scrub was too long. The service was alright as there was hot drink provided after scrub, and at the end of the massage there was mango sticky rice dessert with hot jasmine tea. However about 5 mins before the end of the session, staff opened the door twice while I was still undressed and session was not complete. That was unexpected and did not feel professional. The price point was high, hence I expected the masseuse to be more experienced. Would not visit again.

I would like to compliment one of your massage therapists, Ms. Rattana, at the Let’s Relax Platinum Novotel outlet. She is very attentive to my requests and has excellent massage skills. She is also very friendly and consistently ensures that the pressure applied is comfortable for me. I was so impressed with her service that I returned for three consecutive days. Thumbs up to her for the outstanding experience!
