My partner booked and paid a deposit in advance. - We were unable to book on Saturdays and Tuesdays. - We scheduled the appointment for August 10th, 2025, according to the clinic's and our availability. - On August 3rd, 2025, they messaged us to inform us that the doctor would not be available from August 10th-12th, 2025. - We wanted to reschedule to a later date that was convenient for us, but the clinic informed us that the appointment was only valid until August 21st, 2025, which was inconvenient for us. - The clinic stated that if we didn't use the appointment, we would have to forfeit the booking fee, or pay the full amount and come anytime. #In summary, they prioritize the doctor's convenience; they don't care if the customer is inconvenient. It's the clinic's own problem, but they offer no leniency to the customer, no refunds, and no extension of the validity period. It's the customer's problem. Very disappointed. This will be my only visit to this clinic.

- The doctor is highly skilled and provides excellent advice: 10/10 - Overall clinic atmosphere/cleanliness: 9/10 - Staff service: 7/10 - Deducted points because I came for a facial contouring consultation due to concerns about dark circles under my eyes, but the staff pushed for a slimming pen (?). - Clinic management system: 1/10 Note: **Beware of staff overcharging for services (overpayment). This is non-refundable, especially if you have already paid a deposit. Customers are responsible for confirming the exact amount paid to the staff to avoid potential overcharging.** Ultimately, I had to purchase additional filler, increasing the amount the doctor initially recommended (only one cc). To improve its competitiveness, in addition to credibility and service quality, the clinic's management system should be further developed, particularly regarding customer database management. I will not return; I was disappointed.

I had the worst experience getting lip fillers here. I researched reviews for a long time. When I went for the procedure, I decided I only wanted 1cc, but the doctor insisted on 2cc because my lips are thin. I agreed, but the result was terrible. My lips look so fake, swollen, and lumpy. I don't dare leave the house. My lips are so overfilled, they look unnatural and puffy. Initially, they told me to wait for the swelling to subside. I took medication daily to reduce the swelling, and now it's gone, but the shape of my lips is awful. I'm too embarrassed to go out; I have to wear a mask every day. I'm so disappointed. I trusted the clinic, and I'm heartbroken. I decided to get the fillers dissolved because I couldn't stand the look of my lips anymore. In the end, I wasted 30,000 baht in pain. Think carefully before getting fillers here. 😭
