Nail Spa & thai Massage

It took 1 hour and 30 minutes for a simple acrylic removal with no polish. Instead of filing it down and soaking my nails in acetone before filing again, she filed my nails and applied the tiniest amount of acetone to a tiny piece of cotton and applied clips…. This meant she had to reapply a new tiny piece of cotton 3 times to each nail because it wasn’t dissolving. As you can see my cuticles weren’t taken care of and she didn’t file it after I asked her to make it shorter. I was seated at 10.55pm and left at 12.30am. I was seemingly overcharged as well, I paid 500 baht for just a removal and the manicurist quoted the lady 200 baht for hers. Very disappointing experience after reading the reviews and speed walking to get there before closing. Otherwise, the staff are nice and the salon space is nice and they’re very hygienic.

I went there for a nail appointment and a Thai massage. Everyone was very friendly. The massage was very good and relaxing. I felt much better and more relaxed afterward. I'm also very happy with my nails. The young woman who did my nails was open to my requests and always very kind to me. It took about an hour and a half for a simple design. She worked very carefully, and I had the feeling that she wanted to be satisfied with her work herself. So, there was no rush; she worked very neatly. She even put a blanket around me since I was only wearing a top—I thought that was very sweet! Thank you!

I’m not fully satisfied with the service. The girl who did my nails was quite rude, and she made my nails bleed 3–4 times. The simple design I asked for did not turn out at all the way I wanted. I was also planning to have the same design done on my fingernails, but given the result, I decided not to. I also found the girls a bit unfriendly, as they were talking and laughing while looking at us, as if they were speaking badly about us. In addition, I found the prices a bit too expensive.
