This salon is unprofessional and misleading. The machine used during my treatment was extremely strong and painful. It caused a severe headache, and after the session my right eye kept twitching, which is unacceptable for any hair or scalp treatment. I asked them to stop because it was hurting me. The real problem is the cheating in pricing. I was clearly told the promotion price was 2190. When I stopped the treatment due to pain, they did not charge the promotion price. Instead, they calculated the amount using the original price of 3090 and deducted from that. This makes no sense. If I did not complete the treatment and did not use the machine properly, why should I be charged based on the full machine price? This is a clear way to overcharge customers. They were not willing to listen, not transparent, and not customer-oriented. I strongly felt taken advantage of because I do not speak Thai. This behavior is dishonest and unethical. An when I told them I am going to write a review for them that’s when they started giving giving me an options of red light therapy and they gave me more discount etc I do not recommend Papillabykimkim at all. Avoid this salon unless you want pain, confusion, and unfair billing.
