I'm still confused by the 5-star reviews. The room was very run-down, the bathroom was incredibly dirty, like it'd never been cleaned. It was so disgusting I couldn't eat. There were rattling noises all night. The bed was hard like sleeping on the floor. The breakfast mentioned in the reviews was actually just "instant noodles, chicken leg snacks, and crackers." I didn't expect anything fancy; if that's all there is, there's no need to describe it so beautifully. I paid for a place to relax, but I was very disappointed. The reviews are all misleading; are they fake accounts creating their own reviews? (I called beforehand to ask about parking, and the staff said yes, but when I arrived, I had to go inside and then walk back 50-80 meters to the accommodation. It was dark and scary at night, but I had already paid through the app and checked in. The staff told me to drive to my room myself, past the original parking area, because I booked a prefabricated house. Luckily, there was parking available in front.) It's worth it for some, but if they don't improve, the feedback will continue like this.

Clean, convenient, and not crowded. They have both large and small rooms to choose from. I think it's not too far from Don Mueang Airport; a Grab ride costs around 176-224฿, which is a good distance. There's a coffee bar, breakfast includes coffee, Ovaltine, and bread, and there's parking available, which is quite convenient. Plus, there's a spa downstairs! I recommend the "exfoliating scrub" treatment for only 890฿ (less than 1000฿) for a 2-hour massage (including the scrubbing time). I loved it! Or if you have aches and pains, they have a Thai massage and foot massage area, but you have to walk down towards the parking lot; it's in the same corner, about two buildings away. It's separate for Thai massage, foot massage, and more. It's great for those staying for several days. Delivery is available for everything, and the food in this area is excellent, especially the grilled prawns. We ordered through Grab and got a discount, reducing the price from over 500฿ to just over 360฿ for huge grilled prawns! Give it a try! 😊👍🏻

Upon entering the room, I asked the caretaker if it had been cleaned. They said it had, but I found hair and dust all over the mattress and pillows. They had to replace them. There were toothpick fragments on the floor, and the lamp was thick with dust. The bathroom walls and door looked like they'd never been cleaned; there was a leak in the corner, it was damp, and the room smelled musty. The walls were thin, and the door slammed shut all night. The mattress was extremely hard; any reviews saying the bed was soft are lying. The blankets were thin, and the towels were old and torn. The parking lot was potholed, narrow, and difficult to park in.
