The massage therapist was good and the shop was clean. I came two days in a row. However, the massage therapist lacked concentration, constantly checking her watch, sometimes walking to attend to other clients, sometimes going to the restroom. She had to go greet other clients, and the receptionist disappeared upstairs to the second floor, not coming down when called, leaving me waiting for my massage. This happened repeatedly during the two-hour massage. Urgent improvement is needed.
Terrible massage. The therapist kept making faces since i came in as if saying why have you come. Her hands are strong, but she barely puts any pressure. Leads me to believe she doesn't put in any effort. They also don't keep quiet, just yapping and laughing loudly. They also talk shit about you. Use derogatory terms since they think you can't understand thai.
I highly recommend trying this massage spa. The service was exceptional, the staff were professional and welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I left feeling completely refreshed and satisfied. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a quality massage experience. A very satisfied customer!
