Real Thai Massage

Absolutely terrible service. I genuinely have no idea how this place stays in business. The first time I came here, the staff were friendly, which is the only reason I decided to return. Big mistake. On my second visit, I was told I would have to wait 2 hours, despite there being only one customer and multiple staff members sitting around doing absolutely nothing. It was obvious they simply couldn’t be bothered. The staff member who spoke to me was rude, dismissive, and acted as though my business was an inconvenience. If you don’t want customers, just say so. There are plenty of massage places that actually appreciate people walking through their doors. Save your money and go somewhere that values basic customer service and respect. I will never be coming back.

The massage was great. It hurt during the massage, but the pain disappeared afterward. I told the masseuse to focus on my neck, shoulders, and back, and she delivered exactly that. The price was reasonable (neck, shoulders, back massage for 1 hour at 350 baht). They're open late and have parking. Best of all, I felt safe inside. There was some conversation from the next massage bed and some staff noise, letting me know I wasn't the only customer (it was almost 8 PM, so safety is important). But it wasn't so quiet as to be scary.

I don't understand why this got 5 stars. I want to give an honest review. I went for a massage and I'm incredibly sore and inflamed. I told the masseuse to go easy about 10 times, but she only went easy for a short time before getting strong and squeezing hard again, claiming various reasons like muscle tension. I came back in so much pain, swollen and bruised, needing cold compresses constantly. My boyfriend also said the massage was terrible. How did this even get 5 stars? I'm so confused!!!!!
