DISCLAIMER FOR FOREIGNERS: Please read carefully before visiting this place. My partner and I came here looking for a relaxing experience and unfortunately ended up having a very upsetting one. We asked for a couple’s massage in the same room, separated only by a curtain. I want to start by saying that my own experience was actually very good. The man who gave me the Thai massage was professional, skilled, and respectful — if you’re reading this, thank you for your excellent service. However, my partner had a completely different and disturbing experience right next to me. Her masseuse focused for over 10 minutes on an intimate area, even after she asked her to stop and clearly said she did not want to be touched there. Despite this, the masseuse continued with behavior that I won’t describe in detail to avoid this review being flagged or removed. About 15 minutes in, my partner — feeling extremely uncomfortable and on the verge of tears — asked to shorten the session to 30 minutes. She didn’t want to escalate the situation, being in a foreign country, and just wanted to leave calmly. The masseuse left the room in a visibly annoyed manner and returned five minutes later, only to give a very poor 5-minute massage with no pressure or proper technique, just to "complete" the 30 minutes. After my session ended, we went downstairs to pay. A woman (apparently the manager, whom we hadn’t seen before) told us the total would be 850 baht (350 for Thai massage, 500 for oil massage). Given everything that happened, we were still willing to pay my full price and half of my partner’s, out of respect. However, the manager insisted — through Google Translate — that the service was a full one-hour massage and there were no discounts. We explained what had happened, that the session was cut short and deeply uncomfortable. Still, she kept repeating, robotically, “Pay full price. Pay full price.” She even threatened to call the police if we didn’t pay. It became clear she had no concern for our well-being or experience — only about getting our money. So we paid the full amount just to leave the place and put this behind us. We absolutely LOVE Thailand — this is my first time here, and most people have been warm and kind. But this specific place left us shocked and disappointed. These two women took advantage of tourists in a way that was deeply disrespectful and upsetting. We strongly urge others to avoid this place if you want a safe, respectful, and relaxing experience.
I happened to walk past this shop, and a male staff member very kindly invited me inside to look at the menu. I decided to go with a Thai massage, and that same gentleman ended up being my therapist. It had been a long time since I was massaged by a male therapist, and the experience was noticeably different from a female one. His strength and technique were impressive, truly hitting the deep tissue and reaching the muscles where I needed it most. By the time the session ended, my entire body felt incredibly relaxed and relieved of tension. To wrap things up, they served some warm tea and soft candy, which was a lovely touch. It was a very pleasant and professional experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quality massage!
I went there today based on the good reviews, and it turned out extremely bad. The slim lady who massaged me is not very professional and because there were other clients coming , she finished my two hours massage 20 minutes earlier just because she wanted to do another customer. She left me there in such a hurry and didn’t pay any attention or didn’t even speak a word. This is Ridiculous and her massage skill is under average. I won’t come back and recommend others not going to this shop.
